ADOR Digatron CFU, Cell Filling Unit, is an automatic pouch cell filling machine, designed for the production of lithium cells.
The machine is designed to fill pouch type of cell and it performs high precision electrolyte dispensing and cell sealing under vacuum.

ADOR Digatron ECU, Electrode Cutting Unit, is an automatic electrode die cutting equipment designed to punch electrodes from coated aluminium and copper rolls. A roll of coated electrode is manually loaded on the machine and the web is automatically pulled under the die cutting station. A high-precision cutting die performs clean cut of the electrode according to the required dimension. Simultaneously, a pick and place system places the cut electrode into a storage tray.

ADOR Digatron SSU, Sheet Stacking Unit, is an automatic cell stacking machine, designed for the production of lithium cells. The operator manually loads the machine with one anode tray and one cathode tray and starts the automatic cycle.

ADOR Digatron TWU, Tab Welding Unit, is an automatic electrode tab ultrasonic welding machine, designed for the production of lithium cells. It is designed to trim the current collectors of the electrodes, weld them together and connect them to the cell tabs using an ultrasonic welding system.
